What couriers do you use for shipping?
We exclusively use GoGo Xpress to ship orders. Shipping fees may be viewed here, and serviceable areas in the Philippines may be viewed here.
What are your modes of payment?
We accept payments through GCash and BPI bank deposit.
I’ve already sent my payment. When can I expect a confirmation email?
Please give us 72 hours to confirm your payments. If it’s been 72 hours and you haven’t received a confirmation email yet, kindly send us an email or a message on our social media accounts.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
We are on soft opening, and we are currently experiencing a few delays in production. It may take around two weeks for your orders to arrive, but rest assured we’ll be updating you on the status of your orders as frequently as we can!
As per GoGo Xpress, deliveries will arrive within 3 days for Metro Manila customers and within 5-7 days for provincial customers. This excludes holidays and natural circumstances beyond the courier’s control (e.g. bad weather conditions, lockdown restrictions).The product I want is out of stock. When can we expect it to be restocked?
Kindly stay tuned on our social media accounts! Restocks are largely dependent on our personal schedules, so we cannot guarantee a regular restocking schedule.
Do you accept rush orders?
No, we do not accept rush orders.
Do you accommodate group orders?
If you’re interested in opening a group order, send us an email!
I received the wrong item/the correct item in the wrong size. Can I arrange for a return or exchange?
Yes, provided the item is in good condition and in its original packaging. Just reach out via email or our social media accounts, and we can arrange something together. We’ll only entertain valid requests for returns and exchanges within 7 days of receipt of order.
You can also opt to have your money refunded instead. If the original item/s you ordered is/are no longer in stock, we will automatically arrange for a refund instead of an exchange.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All MADCITY° items are on hand unless otherwise stated.Customers may cancel their orders before settling payments. Once payments have been settled and validated through email, MADCITY° will not be entertaining requests to cancel orders.Customers may also change their orders BEFORE settling payments, provided the item/s they plan to order instead are still in stock. Once payments have been settled and validated, MADCITY° will not be entertaining requests to change orders.Customers must be informed that MADCITY° does not restock items on a regular basis. Restocks are largely dependent on the personal schedules of the MADCITY° team, and cannot be accommodated upon customer request.MADCITY° reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. MADCITY° will inform customers on updates in their terms and conditions through their social media accounts.

PAYMENT GUIDELINES

MADCITY° currently accepts payments via GCash or BPI bank deposit. Account details for payments will be sent to customers along with their invoices, and after their orders are confirmed.Customers must settle payments within 7 days of receipt of invoice, and must send proof of payment through email. MADCITY° will only recognize payments for customers who send proof of payment, i.e. no proof of payment = no payment.MADCITY° will send payment confirmation emails within 72 hours of receipt. If MADCITY° fails to confirm payments within the given time period, customers may contact MADCITY° directly through email or social media.Should customers fail to settle payments by the due date, their orders will be cancelled and their reserved items will be made available to other customers.If customers settle payments by the due date but fail to send proof of payment within the given 7 days, their orders will be cancelled, but they may approach the MADCITY° team for refunds.If customers fail to settle payments on time on 3 separate occasions, they will be publicly listed as bogus buyers and will consequently be permanently banned from purchasing from MADCITY°.

SHIPPING GUIDELINES

MADCITY° ships every Monday, for all orders whose proofs of payment were sent and validated the Friday before. Customers will be notified of the delivery schedule of their orders.MADCITY° exclusively uses GoGo Xpress to ship orders. Shipping fees may be viewed here, and serviceable areas in the Philippines may be viewed here.MADCITY° will not be liable for any damaged or lost items during the shipping of orders, as the courier’s mishandling of parcels is beyond MADCITY°’s control. MADCITY° assures all customers that orders will be packed carefully and in good condition before shipping.As per GoGo Xpress, deliveries will arrive within 3 days for Metro Manila customers and within 5-7 days for provincial customers. This excludes holidays and natural circumstances beyond the courier’s control (e.g. bad weather conditions, lockdown restrictions).MADCITY° will not be accommodating requests for rush orders.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

MADCITY° does not accept returns and exchanges unless customers received the wrong item/s or if they received their item/s in the wrong size. MADCITY° will not be entertaining requests for returns and exchanges for any other reasons (e.g. minor color differences in print, customer’s change of mind).MADCITY° will only entertain valid requests for returns and exchanges within 7 days of receipt of order.In such cases, customers may opt to exchange the item/s they received with the item/s they originally ordered, or may opt to return the item/s and request a refund instead. If the item/s customers originally ordered is/are no longer in stock, customers will be automatically refunded.For returns and exchanges, the item/s must be in good condition and in their original packaging.For refunds, MADCITY° will only reimburse onto the original payment method used for the order (e.g. if the customer settled payment via GCash, MADCITY° will send the refund to the customer’s GCash account). MADCITY° will settle refunds within 3 banking days. If MADCITY° fails to settle refunds within the given time period, customers may contact MADCITY° directly through email or social media.
